#JustStart your goals
The best way to achieve a goal is to just start working on it even it’s just a baby step. The obstacles can be removed amicably by showing courage and taking your first step towards the goal.
For me #JustStart goal is to groom my personality and it starts with the one of my steps by joining Amal Academy. Indeed it’s the best platform where youth gets groomed and they are shaping their minds to be successful and improve their skills in order to be an active member of the society. Even in the COVID-19 Amal Academy remained committed to continue its services and 1500+ fellows graduated and that inspires me a lot to be the part of this program.
Obviously it takes courage and commitment to achieve your goals and you have to manage a lot stuff around out of your busy routine especially when you have to attend office regularly.
It seems tough to manage the project works which consists of courses and tasks which really contribute to your improvement on daily basis. I found it challenging yet i am doing it even with a busy schedule at a pace keeping in mind that slow and steady wins the race.
Taking online courses and listening to thought provoking Tedx talks of famous personalities from the world inculcates the true sense of learning experience.
Arranging a group meeting, getting all group members on board keeping in mind their busy chores helped me learn management and leadership skills being a group leader.
Discussing a topic and respecting others’ opinion with appreciation remarks there are so many things one can learn being in a group.
It feels good when your group members are cooperative and help you getting things done and feel for others by contributing their part.
With this opportunity provided by Amal Academy; my next step is to make myself more disciplined and proactive in doing my project works while learning from others and improving myself.
